Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of purepofo advisor. By accessing or using the service on behalf of a firm, team, or institution, you agree to these Terms for that business use.

purepofo advisor is provided by Dr. Hazem Hamoudia Management Consulting, Munich, Germany. References to we, our, and us refer to that provider.

purepofo advisor is designed to support internal wealth-management and portfolio workflow. It is not a delegated portfolio manager, custodian, broker, or execution venue.

Accounts may be created only by users who are authorized to act for their organization or for their own professional activity.

The subscribing organization is responsible for the accuracy of account information, the designation of authorized users, and the activity performed through its workspace.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for notifying us promptly if unauthorized use is suspected.

Subscription plans determine access scope, workflow capacity, and related features. Plan descriptions and pricing may be updated from time to time.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle described at purchase. Access continues until the end of the current paid term unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Payments may be handled by third-party processors such as Stripe. Their separate terms and privacy practices apply to payment handling.

purepofo advisor supports mandate design, research continuity, portfolio workflow, and client reporting preparation. It does not replace professional judgment, fiduciary duty, investment committee process, or regulatory responsibility.

Nothing in the service constitutes investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, a personal recommendation, or a suitability assessment. All investment and client-advice decisions remain your sole responsibility.

Any halal screening, compliance support, or related methodology is provided as a structured support tool. Shariah interpretations may differ across scholars, boards, institutions, and jurisdictions.

The service may rely on third-party data, analytical models, or external integrations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free outputs at all times.

You are responsible for ensuring that any client, mandate, or portfolio information uploaded to the service is collected and used lawfully and in line with your own professional obligations.

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal professional workflow. You may not resell, sublicense, or expose protected platform outputs as a standalone third-party service without written permission.

Both parties should treat non-public business, account, and workflow information obtained through the relationship as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to operate the service.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-interruption losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably suspect misuse, security risk, fraud, non-payment, or a material breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Germany, subject to any mandatory legal requirements that apply to the relationship.
